Consultancy – US$ 5,585 (AED 20,500) with a flexi-desk (office lease provided) and Immigration card included. Two visa eligibility. The client can have 2 different activities.

General Trading – US$ 7,500 (AED 27,500) with a flexi-desk (office lease provided) and Immigration card included. Three visa eligibility.

Premium Consultancy/Commercial – US$ 8,860 (AED 32,500) with a flexi-desk. Only one premium activity. Three visa eligibility.

Startup Business Consultancy/Commercial – US$ 3,700 (AED 13,500) with a flexi-desk (office lease provided) and Immigration card included. One visa eligibility. Can have 2 different consultancy activities or 3 different trading activities.

Micro Business Consultancy/Commercial – US$ 3,700 (AED 13,500) with a flexi-desk. No Immigration card, no visa quota.  Can have 2 different consultancy activities or 3 different trading activities.

Freelancer Permit – US$ 4,500 (AED 16,500)with one visa eligibility. Creative professions only. Eg: Actor, Singer, Musician, Chef etc.

Industrial License – US$ 1,900 (AED 7,000) excluding warehouse/land fee.

Here are the initial documentation required for incorporation process:

• Know Your Client (KYC) form
• Specimen Signature form
• Passport Copy of shareholder, director, manager, company secretary, and/or legal representative.
• Proof of residential address (valid tenancy contract, utility bill (not older than 6 months), bank confirmation letter (not older than 6 months)….etc.)
• Specimen Signature Form
• Shareholders’ Resolution / Board Resolution (branch companies)
• Memorandum & Articles of Association

* if any of the documents are in any language other than English and Arabic, then, it must be legally translated into English.
